“I’ve been in recruitment for 20 years and at the start I always thought, oh negotiation is just when I’m talking to a new client and we are deciding what the terms and conditions will be: but actually, everything is a negotiation” says Nadia Edwards-Dashti, co-founder of the Harrington Starr Group, whom we had the pleasure of speaking with in our latest episode of the Deal Divas Negotiation Podcast.
