Katie's expertise lies in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

 She is passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential through innovative and impactful learning solutions and is committed to maximizing the learning outcomes for our Scotwork clients. Katie makes sure our clients are getting the best out of the variety of tools, resources, and follow-on sessions available, which can really help to bring the training into the participant's real world, helping to ensure that the learning is fully embedded after the classroom experience
